City Bridge charges a consulting fee (USD $250 general consulting, or USD $500 for an expert consultation, as applicable). A separate service fee for your visa category, where applicable, becomes payable only after your visa is approved. Government and application fees are not City Bridge fees and are paid by you directly to the relevant authority.
You may cancel within three (3) calendar days of paying your consulting fee for a full refund. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. To cancel, email communications@city-bridge.org within the window. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
After the 3-day window, the consulting fee is earned and is non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law, regardless of the status or outcome of any application or whether you choose to proceed.
The $500 expert-consultation fee secures your session. It is refundable within the 3-day cooling-off window only if the consultation has not yet taken place. Once the consultation has been delivered, it is non-refundable. If you proceed with our services, the $500 is credited toward your service fee.
The service fee is charged only after your visa is approved and is therefore not subject to refund.
Services are provided during a thirty (30) calendar-day Service Period beginning on payment. Unused services within that period are not refunded or carried forward. Any assistance after the Service Period is a voluntary gesture of goodwill and carries no refund entitlement or liability.
If you end the engagement after the 3-day cooling-off window, a USD $150 termination and file-closure fee applies, and the consulting fee remains non-refundable.
All government, visa and application fees are paid by you directly to the relevant authority and are never collected or refunded by City Bridge, including in the event of refusal or delay.
Initiating a chargeback for amounts properly due is a breach of our Terms. We may suspend services while a dispute is pending and recover reasonable costs of responding to an unjustified dispute.
City Bridge does not guarantee any visa or outcome; all decisions rest solely with U.S. authorities. A refusal or delay does not entitle you to a refund of fees already earned.
