City Bridge does not operate through WhatsApp and will never contact you there. Beware of fraudsters posing as City Bridge employees, partners, or agents to take money from you. City Bridge never asks for any payment except its stated consulting charges (USD $250 / USD $500), and does not guarantee any visa. Our only official channel is communications@city-bridge.org.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between True Care Life Science LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, doing business as City Bridge Org (“City Bridge”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and the individual who signs or electronically accepts an enrollment form referencing these Terms (“Client”, “you”, “your”).
By signing or electronically accepting an enrollment form, paying the Enrollment Fee, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
City Bridge does NOT operate through WhatsApp and will never contact you via WhatsApp. City Bridge's only official communication channel is communications@city-bridge.org.
Be aware of fraudsters who pose as City Bridge employees, partners, or agents in order to take money from you. City Bridge never requests any payment other than its stated consulting charges (USD $250 / USD $500), and never guarantees any visa or outcome.
Any person who contacts you via WhatsApp, requests payments other than the stated consulting charges, or promises or guarantees a visa while claiming to represent City Bridge is not authorised by, employed by, or affiliated with City Bridge. Do not pay such persons. City Bridge is not responsible for any loss arising from dealings with unauthorised persons; report any such contact to communications@city-bridge.org.
The USD $250 Enrollment Fee is a general consulting fee. It covers general educational consultation only: a general overview of, and perspective on, how publicly described U.S. visa processes typically work; guidance on organizing your own documents and preparation; coaching and mock-interview practice; checklists, templates and educational materials; and administrative or scheduling support during the Service Period defined in Clause 3 (together, the “Services”).
City Bridge is not a law firm and is not an attorney. No employee, contractor, or agent of City Bridge acts as your attorney, and no attorney–client relationship is created. City Bridge is not accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice and does not represent clients before USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any embassy or consulate.
Nothing City Bridge provides constitutes legal advice or immigration advice. Any views, opinions, or perspectives shared by City Bridge are general information only, drawn from publicly available sources, and are not advice on, or an assessment of, your individual legal situation, eligibility, or prospects.
City Bridge does not select a visa category or legal strategy for you, does not complete or submit government applications on your behalf, and does not speak for you at any interview. All decisions about whether, when, and how to apply — and all statements you make to any government authority — are yours alone.
Government rules, fees, procedures, and policies change frequently. Information provided reflects publicly available sources at the time it is given and may become outdated without notice.
The “Service Period” is thirty (30) calendar days beginning on the date the Enrollment Fee is paid. Services are provided only during the Service Period. Upon its expiry, City Bridge’s obligation to provide Services ends automatically and without notice, whether or not you have used the Services, scheduled or attended an interview, or received any decision.
You are responsible for making use of the Services within the Service Period. Unused Services, sessions, or time are not refunded, credited, or carried forward. Delays caused by you, by appointment or slot availability, or by any government authority do not extend the Service Period.
Goodwill assistance. Any assistance, response, review, or other support that City Bridge chooses to provide after the Service Period is entirely voluntary and gratuitous, provided purely as a gesture of goodwill. Such goodwill assistance does not extend or revive the Service Period, does not create any obligation to provide further assistance, is provided without any warranty of any kind, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, City Bridge accepts no responsibility or liability of any kind for such assistance or for any outcome connected with it.
Extensions. The Service Period may be extended only by written agreement signed or confirmed by City Bridge, at City Bridge’s sole discretion, and may be subject to an additional fee communicated at the time.
Fees unaffected. Expiry of the Service Period does not entitle you to any refund, and does not extinguish your obligation to pay the Service Fee if a visa in the same category is approved within twelve (12) months after expiry.
Reapplication. If your application is refused, any support for a reapplication or new application is a new engagement, at City Bridge’s discretion and subject to new fees; nothing in these Terms obliges City Bridge to provide it.
Visa decisions are made solely and exclusively by U.S. government authorities. City Bridge does not and cannot guarantee any visa appointment, interview date, processing time, approval, or other outcome.
Any statistics referenced by City Bridge (including historical approval rates on cases it has accepted) are historical information only and are not a promise, prediction, or guarantee of any result in your case.
No employee, contractor, or agent of City Bridge has authority to promise or guarantee any outcome. Any such statement is unauthorized and does not bind City Bridge unless made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of City Bridge.
All information and materials provided by City Bridge are general and educational. The official websites, forms, instructions, and notices of the U.S. Government — including USCIS and the U.S. Department of State — are the only authoritative sources and control over anything City Bridge provides.
You are requested and required to independently verify all information against official sources, and where appropriate with a licensed immigration attorney, before acting on it — and to then decide for yourself what suits your circumstances. Any reliance you place on information from City Bridge is strictly at your own risk.
You acknowledge that visa processes are inherently uncertain — including appointment and slot availability, waiting times, document requirements, policy changes, and the possibility of refusal — and you knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks. City Bridge is not responsible for the decisions you make or for the consequences of those decisions.
Enrollment Fee. A one-time general consulting fee of USD $250 (the “Enrollment Fee”) is payable at enrollment. It opens your file, reserves coaching capacity, and covers the Services during the Service Period.
Service Fee. The service fee for your visa category (the “Service Fee”) is stated in or with your enrollment form or fee schedule and becomes payable only after your visa is approved, due within seven (7) days of approval.
Government and application costs — borne by you. You bear, and pay directly to the relevant authority or provider, all visa and application-related fees and costs, including without limitation: visa application (MRV) fees, SEVIS fees, USCIS filing and petition fees, premium processing, biometrics, medical examinations, police clearances, photographs, translations, notarization, courier, travel and accommodation, and any third-party charges. None of these are collected, payable, or refundable by City Bridge in any circumstance, including refusal or delay.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for amounts properly due under these Terms is a material breach. City Bridge may suspend Services while a dispute is pending and may recover its reasonable costs of responding to an unjustified dispute.
Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or bank/remittance charges applicable to your payments, except taxes on City Bridge’s income.
Cooling-off. You may cancel your enrollment for any reason within three (3) calendar days of paying the Enrollment Fee. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. To cancel, send written notice (email or WhatsApp message to City Bridge’s official contact stated on your enrollment form) within the window.
If you cancel within this 3-day window, the Enrollment Fee will be refunded in full to your original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of your notice.
After the 3-day window, the Enrollment Fee is earned in full and is non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of the status or outcome of any application, the expiry of the Service Period, or whether you choose to proceed.
The Service Fee is charged only after visa approval and is therefore not subject to refund. Where any refund is made, City Bridge may deduct non-recoverable payment-processing charges where permitted by law.
By you. You may end the engagement at any time by written notice. If you terminate after the 3-day cooling-off window, a termination and file-closure fee of USD $150 (the “Termination Fee”) applies and is payable at termination. The Enrollment Fee remains non-refundable as set out in Clause 7.
By City Bridge. City Bridge may terminate the engagement immediately by written notice if you: (a) provide false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents; (b) request that City Bridge act unlawfully or unethically; (c) are abusive, threatening, or harassing toward City Bridge personnel; (d) fail to cooperate or to pay amounts when due; or (e) where, in City Bridge’s reasonable judgment, continuing would expose City Bridge to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. On termination under this paragraph, no refund is due and no Termination Fee is payable by City Bridge.
Fee tail. If you terminate after substantive Services have been provided and you are granted a visa in the same category within twelve (12) months of termination, the Service Fee remains payable in full within seven (7) days of approval.
Survival. Clauses relating to fees owed, refunds, the Service Period, representations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination and expiry.
You represent and agree that: (a) you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement; (b) all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, complete, current, and authentically yours; (c) you will promptly inform City Bridge of any change to your information or circumstances; (d) you alone are responsible for the content of your applications and for every statement you make to any government authority; (e) you will cooperate in good faith and respond to requests within a reasonable time, recognizing that delay consumes the Service Period; and (f) you will comply with all laws applicable to you.
Zero tolerance for fraud. City Bridge will refuse any request to assist with false statements, misrepresentation, or fabricated or altered documents. Any such request or conduct by you is grounds for immediate termination for cause without refund, and City Bridge may cooperate with lawful inquiries from authorities.
City Bridge is an independent service provider dealing with you at arm’s length. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and City Bridge, and City Bridge owes you no fiduciary duties.
The Services are non-exclusive. City Bridge serves other clients, including clients pursuing the same or similar visa categories, and doing so is not a conflict of interest or breach of these Terms.
Where relevant to your goals, City Bridge may introduce you to independent third parties — for example, universities, employers, or, for religious-worker matters, bona fide petitioning organizations recognized by U.S. authorities. All third parties are independent entities. They are not partners, agents, employees, or representatives of City Bridge, and City Bridge has no authority to bind them.
Any petition, sponsorship, admission, employment, engagement, or other relationship is solely between you and the third party. City Bridge does not control and is not responsible for any third party’s decisions, acts, omissions, requirements, fees, or conduct, and makes no representation or warranty regarding them.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any third party before entering any arrangement with them.
The Services and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Bridge disclaims all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from City Bridge creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
No liability for outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Bridge has no liability of any kind for the outcome of any visa application, petition, appointment, or interview; for any act, omission, decision, delay, fee, or policy of any government authority; or for any assistance provided as goodwill after the Service Period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Bridge’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to City Bridge in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, visa refusals or delays, travel or relocation costs, tuition or deposits, lost wages, or emotional distress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
City Bridge is not liable for the acts, omissions, decisions, delays, fees, or policies of any third party (including any petitioning organization, employer, university, payment provider, or courier), or for events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law; in such cases, City Bridge’s liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless City Bridge and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents you provide; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any person; or (d) your dealings or arrangements with any third party.
All coaching materials, templates, checklists, guides, question banks, recordings, branding, and other content provided by City Bridge are the property of City Bridge or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them solely for preparing your own application. You may not copy, share, publish, sell, or commercially exploit them, or use them to provide services to others.
City Bridge collects and processes your personal information to provide the Services, administer fees, maintain records, and comply with law. You consent to being contacted by phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp regarding your file and related services.
You consent to your information being stored and processed in the United States, India, and other locations where City Bridge or its service providers operate, with reasonable safeguards. City Bridge does not sell your personal data. You may request correction of your information at any time.
Your electronic signature, checkbox acceptance, or payment constitutes valid and binding acceptance of these Terms. City Bridge’s records of acceptance, communications, and payments are presumed accurate absent manifest error.
City Bridge is not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of government, embassy or consulate closures or backlogs, changes in law or policy, visa bans or suspensions, epidemics or public-health measures, strikes, internet or utility failures, or natural events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator administered by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) under its rules, with its seat in Mumbai, India, conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
All disputes shall be brought in the parties’ individual capacity only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and City Bridge each waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and waive trial by jury.
Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information pending arbitration. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be commenced within one (1) year after it accrues.
These Terms, together with your enrollment form and any fee schedule, are the entire agreement between you and City Bridge regarding the Services and supersede all prior discussions. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect, and the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
City Bridge’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without City Bridge’s written consent; City Bridge may assign it to an affiliate or successor. City Bridge may update these Terms prospectively; material changes will be notified to you, and your continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance.
Notices shall be sent to City Bridge’s official contact details stated on your enrollment form or website, and to the email address and phone number you provide at enrollment. The English-language version of these Terms controls. Headings are for convenience only.
By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that: City Bridge provides general consulting, educational coaching and preparation only, and is not a law firm, attorney, or government body, and gives no legal or immigration advice; the Service Period is thirty (30) calendar days from payment, after which any assistance is voluntary goodwill without liability; no outcome is guaranteed and the final decision rests solely with U.S. authorities; you bear all government, visa, and application fees directly; you must independently verify all information with official sources and decide for yourself; the Enrollment Fee is refundable only within the 3-calendar-day cooling-off window; and a USD $150 Termination Fee applies to terminations after that window.
